Former Charlotte School Now “Maritime Munchkins” Daycare: The Town of Charlotte has leased the former Charlotte School building to Maritime Munchkins, effective March 3, 2025. The Town will continue to use the gym periodically for town meetings. The playground and Herbie Clark field remain open to the public for use. The management of Maritime Munchkins has also agreed to continue making the gym and kitchen available to community members to rent at a fee of $50/day. Facility rental may be arranged directly with Maritime Munchkins by calling 207-271-8011. A signed waiver will be required.
Special Town Meeting to vote on revised School Budget for 2023-2024 school year.
Next Charlotte School Board Meeting will be held Jan. 8, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Charlotte School.
