Former Charlotte School Now “Maritime Munchkins” Daycare: The Town of Charlotte has leased the former Charlotte School building to Maritime Munchkins, effective March 3, 2025. The Town will continue to use the gym periodically for town meetings. The playground and Herbie Clark field remain open to the public for use. The management of Maritime Munchkins has also agreed to continue making the gym and kitchen available to community members to rent at a fee of $50/day. Facility rental may be arranged directly with Maritime Munchkins by calling 207-271-8011. A signed waiver will be required.
Special Meeting of Select Board
The June 23 Select Board meeting has been rescheduled to June 30, at 5 pm.
The Select Board will host a working session to finalize the Annual Town Report.
