Fmr Charlotte School Building for Sale or Lease: The Town of Charlotte is currently accepting offers and inquiries regarding the sale or lease of the former Charlotte School building located at 1006 Ayers Junction Road. The building is 8,200 square feet and sits on a 3-acre parcel. Serious inquiries only, please.
